We quote every order, but the framework behind those quotes is published here so you know what to expect before you call.
Three ways to buy from us
Tiers are based on annual spend and reviewed every twelve months. Nobody is locked in — there are no contracts, cancellation fees or minimum commitments.
Open account
Pay-as-you-go buying, no application.

Discount ranges are indicative and depend on category mix and annual volume. All prices are quoted in US dollars, exclusive of applicable sales tax.
What is and is not charged

| Freight and shipping | Passed through at the carrier’s actual cost. We do not add a handling or fuel surcharge of our own. |
| Local delivery (Carson City, Reno, Sparks, Minden, Gardnerville) | Free on Business and Managed accounts for orders over $250. Below that, a flat $18 applies. |
| Small order fee | None. |
| Quote fee / sourcing fee | None, including obsolete-part research. |
| Kitting and custom labelling | Quoted per kit before work starts. Free on Managed supply accounts. |
| Restocking | Free within 30 days on unopened stocked lines. 15% on special orders (see Shipping & Returns). |
| Payment terms | Net 30 on approved Business and Managed accounts. Card, ACH and check accepted. |
| Late payment | 1.5% per month on overdue balances, applied only after written notice. |
| Price validity | Quotes hold for 14 calendar days unless the quote states otherwise. |
| Sales tax | Nevada sales tax applied where due. Valid resale or exemption certificates honoured. |
Four working days, start to finish
Most new business accounts are trading within a week. The only slow part is trade references, and we can start quoting before those come back.
Application
A one-page credit form emailed to you, plus your W-9 request if needed.
References
Two trade references and a bank contact, checked within 48 hours.
Terms set
Credit limit and tier confirmed in writing by David or the accounts lead.
First order
Standing quote sheet built for your repeat lines so reordering is one email.
